 The Remote Service Master will work within a team environment with the primary objective of responding to inbound customer communications in a timely, helpful and professional manor while staying on brand with correct tone, diction and personality. Inbound communications will mainly come from email with a small percentage coming from the phone. Additional communication tasks include monitoring social channels, Amazon listings, Reviews and other comments. The Remote Service Manager will work with customers to answer product related questions, trouble shoot product issues, and facilitate warranty returns.

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Knowledge of spreadsheet programs.

-Knowledge of e-commerce systems and platforms a plus.

 

 An Ideal Candidate would:

-Have prior customer service experience.

-Have a great attitude and be interested in helping / supporting people.

-Have exceptional computing skills and be able to easily learn new systems.

-Be able to work weekend and evening hours (2-4 hours per weekend and ability to respond to emails between 8-10 pm on weekdays).

-Be able to work from home with an adequate home office setup.
