How do the teeth break???

Almost every guard has teeth missing. You don’t notice until your beard looks like the lawnmower ran over it. Worse attachment ever. They fall off every time. Can’t buy replacement on Amazon, paid to much for trimmer get rid of it. Not happy

Hi, Ken! I'm sorry to hear about the broken teeth on your guards! They should definitely not be falling off if they're in good shape, so I wonder if perhaps the set you received is faulty. They are also not compatible with the Zero Blade and will not stay attached. We do cover broken guards under a two-year warranty and we're always happy to help! New 3/6 Replacement Guard is Refreshing

I didn’t realize just how the original 3-6 guard had become a little worn and weak from use over time. This new replacement really has a tight snap on / clip in feel. Thank you and 5 Stars to Noble for a smooth transaction. 😎🙏🥳

Love the Brio V1. Had it since launch but guards…

Guards are not super resistant. My 3-6mm broke some time ago and I ordered new one and today I just tried using the 9-12mm for the first time to cut my son’s hairs and it split in two :(

Great Razor, Terrible Guards

I’ve seen the same issues with other customers. I love the razor. It works great and has tons of functionality. However, the guards break so easily. I was shaving with the 9/12 guard on and it literally fell in half. I accidentally shaved part of my beard because I didn’t noticed immediately. Had to shave my beard and let it eventually grow back in.

Great customer service

My length-guard had broken and I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement at no charge under warranty. Brio’s Beardscape is a great product with great customer service in my opinion.

flimsy plastic

These guards are fragile and will break even in the Brio-provided carrying case. Expect at best 2 years before they all need replacement, and the Brio warranty is too short to be useful.

This will likely generate the standard auto-response about how to attach them, but as most users report, it's not when putting the guards on they break.

Fragil Guards

I had the 9-12 guard break right in half, so disappointed ☹️ the V2 it’s an outstanding trimmer the guards are the only problem….

Replacement 3-6 blade

I requested a replacement blade for my brio and had great customer service. I received it within a week. I love my brio so much I bought one for my son.
